Shipping Delivery Policy
1.1 This Shipping & Delivery Policy forms an integral part of the Company's Terms of Use. By placing an order, the User acknowledges and agrees to these terms. The User is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and true shipping address to ensure timely delivery.
1.2 The Company provides shipping services across India, except for areas classified as Non-Serviceable Zones (NSZ). We partner with leading logistics providers to offer a seamless and hassle-free delivery experience.
2. Applicability of Policy
2.1 By using the Website and purchasing Products, the User agrees to the terms of this Policy. If the User does not agree, they should refrain from transacting on the Website. The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Users are encouraged to review it periodically.
3. Shipment & Delivery Timeframe
3.1 Orders are shipped the next business day after receiving the order, except on public holidays.
3.2 The estimated delivery timeframe is 7-10 working days from the date of order confirmation. However, the actual delivery date will be confirmed by the delivery partner.
3.3 The Company will share order tracking details via the User’s registered email address upon dispatch.
4. Shipping & Delivery Charges
4.1 The Company offers free shipping on all orders across India. No additional shipping or delivery charges apply.
5.Place of Delivery
5.1 The Company delivers products across India, except for locations classified as Non-Serviceable Zones (NSZ).
5.2 If an address falls under an NSZ, the User will be notified at the time of order placement.
6.Shipment & Delivery Process
6.1 The Company partners with third-party logistics service providers ("Logistics Partners") for product shipping and delivery.
6.2 Upon dispatch, the Company will email the User the details of the Logistics Partner handling the delivery.
6.3 If the User is unavailable to receive the delivery, the Logistics Partner will make five (5) attempts to contact them via the registered mobile number. If delivery fails after these attempts, the order will be canceled, and the product will be returned. The User will be notified via email and phone. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed as store credit within 5-7 working days. Users must place a new order to receive the same product.
6.4 Users can request a delivery reschedule within 3-5 days from the estimated delivery date. Only three (3) rescheduling attempts are allowed per order.
6.5 Returns must be processed per the Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy.
7. Delays in Delivery
7.1 The User acknowledges that delivery delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:
· Force Majeure events beyond reasonable control
· Logistics disruptions
· Adverse weather conditions
· Political disturbances, strikes, lockdowns, terrorism, government actions, fires, or explosions
· Natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, pandemics, or epidemics
7.2 In case of delays, the Company will notify the User via the registered email address.
7.3 The Company shall not be liable for any compensation related to delays in shipment, delivery, or use of the Products.
8.Order Tracking
8.1 Once an order is handed over to the Logistics Partner, the User will receive a unique tracking number via email.
8.2 The User can track their order status on the Website using this tracking number.
8.3 Tracking information is managed by third-party logistics providers, and the Company is not responsible for any discrepancies or time-lags in status updates.
